Anzac biscuits (for 25 cookies)

  • 100g melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 85g coconut shreds
  • 85g oatmeal
  • 100g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Mix butter and honey together. Mix with rest ingredients.

Bake: 180 degrees, 10 minutes

Watermelon smoothie.

  • 1 cup frozen watermelon cubes
  • 1 fresh banana
  • juice from half lemon

 Blend all ingredients together!

Almond cupcakes with pudding filling and vanilla frosting.

  • 125g butter
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 75g flour
  • 50g almonds
  • 40g vanilla pudding mix + 5 tsp sugar + 300ml milk

Cupakes: Mix butter and suger. Add all ingrediens, mix. Fill with pudding. Bake: 200°C, 15minutes.

  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100g butter
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Add sugar in 1 cup increments.  Blend in salt and vanilla. Once cupcakes are completely cool, frost with vanilla cream cheese frosting.

Chocolate cupcake with cookie dough frosting.

  • chocolate cupcake mix
  • 100ml oil
  • 125ml water
  • 2 eggs
  • 200g butter
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1½ cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1½ tbsp milk

Cupcakes (12): Mix all ingrediens. Bake: 175C, 25minutes.

Frosting: Mix butter with brown sugar, add white sugar. Then add flour and salt, mix. Add milk.
